Chef Erin Miller to participate in the James Beard Foundation: Taste America Event on Feb 6

We are so thrilled to announce that our own Chef Erin Miller will be participating in the James Beard Foundation: Taste American Event on Feb 6 at The State Room in Boston. This national level tasting event features America's finest chefs and changemakers coming together in 20 markets across the United States to represent a shared mission of “Good Food for Good”.


This cohort, known as the TasteTwenty, is collaborating throughout the year at chef dinners and walk-around tastings, spotlighting the breadth and unity of culinary creativity across the nation. Each market will showcase the centrality of American food culture and celebrate diverse communities, leading the way to a future culinary industry where all can thrive.


The walk-around tasting at the epic State Room, located atop one of Boston's iconic skyscrapers, will be an exciting gathering of chefs from the New England culinary community, featuring food stations by TasteTwenty chef Cassie Piuma of Sarma, our friend Conor Dennehy of Talulla, our own Chef Erin Miller and many other notable local chefs. Each station’s offering will reflect the chef’s signature style and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurant and community. The tasting will also have beverage stations and other activations from national and local sponsors.


This will be a night to remember. Come join us!
