
We are so excited to share that we are partnering with Shirley Cafe Chef Kat Bayle for a kitchen takeover on Sat, Aug 17.
Chef Erin, Abby and our kitchen team are going to be outstanding in a field at Outstanding In the Field (okay more like out cooking in a field) but we didn’t want to leave our friends at home with nowhere to spend a Saturday night. So we’ve partnered with our friend and neighbor, Chef Katherine Bayle of Shirley Cafe in Davis Square, for a kitchen takeover.

Chef Kat named her adorable restaurant after her 102 year old grandmother, Shirley. If you haven’t been to Shirley to try some of her delicious baked goods and cafe delights, you’ve been missing out. Chef Kat has hosted Le Gran Aioli dinners at Cobble and popup dinner experiences at Gray's Hall and was a former chef at Field & Vine.
Join her and a few of our front of house team for a 4 course farm-to-table meal created by Chef Kat here at Urban Hearth. The only sad part is that we're gonna miss it!! She’s put together a gorgeous pescatarian menu for this takeover, with options for vegetarians and gluten free options as well.
