Thanks to the success of our last pop-up with Chef Katherine Bayle, we've partnered again with our friend and neighbor from Shirley in Davis Square, for a kitchen takeover. Join her and our front of house team for a 4 course farm-to-table meal created by Chef Kat at Urban Hearth on two Sundays in November, 11/3 and 11/10.
More about Chef Kat: prior to opening Shirley, she worked as sous chef at local Field and Vine and before that developed her farm to table chops + bread skills in numerous San Francisco fine dining restaurants (Octavia, Slanted Door) and a few in Europe (Hisa Franko (Slovenia) Ellsworth (Paris), Asador Extebarri (Spain)) as well. We are huge fans of her bakery and cafe in Davis and we recommend stopping by there if you are thinking of coming to the pop-ups and haven't met her yet. She's a delight!
