Celebrating last year’s win at the Great American Seafood Cook Off in New Orleans, Chef Erin, the Queen of American Seafood will be putting on her crown and serving up an indulgent five course menu full of New England seafood and Mardi Gras flare. Oysters rockefeller, lobster gumbo, blackened fish and beignet, we will no doubt make the good times roll!
