I was fortunate to have recently savored one of the most artistic and delicious cakes I've ever had the pleasure to see and taste.  This lush and creative work of art blended one wonderful flavor and aroma upon another.  An utter delight to view and to savor -- it was absolutely superb!!

Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had her cater a small sit
down lunch for my wife and 5 of her friends in January. She worked with me to develop a menu that was suitable for my wife's taste. She was very
cooperative and helpful, but most importantly was willing to work with me. Based on our conversations she made suggestions that were appropriate for the occasion, but also were not too complicated so that the courses were evenly spaced out over the course of the 4-5 hours.

On the day of the event, everything ran like clockwork. Erin had done a
lot of the prep work ahead of time, so all she had to do at my place was do
some finishing touches and then cook the food. She thought of absolutely
everything and was very well prepared, organized and a professional in
every sense of the word.

As for the food - the only way I can describe it is AWESOME!!!! Besides
being delicious, the presentation was amazing. Erin thought of every
detail.

The bottom line - it's two months after the luncheon and the people that
attended are still talking about it. Most of the guest took Erin's name
and number for future reference, saying they would love to use her for
their events. My big fear is that she is going to be too busy the next
time I need her.

Having a busy family with a new addition, Erin's services have afforded us the opportunity to get back into the swing of things and still be able to eat well.  With a home full of young children it is very easy to get caught up eating junk on the run or ordering in.  Urban Hearth allows us to work, keep up with the kids activities and still maintain a healthy lifestyle filled with all of the foods we love.  There is nothing like running from soccer games to dance class to gymnastics and coming home to a beautifully prepared dinner to feed your family.  No more standing in the kitchen after an activity packed day wondering what to feed everyone while still making time for homework, baths etc...  We can't say enough about Urban Hearth and would highly recommend it.

Urban Hearth surpassed my expectations and hopes of a caterer. Not only was the food delicious, but Erin also helped make the evening an absolute surprise to my fiancee on his birthday. The tricky part though was that I wasn't there to help set up. That didn't prevent Erin from setting up a perfect evening that fully executed my vision! Not an easy task to do in two hours!

Thanks to Erin and Urban Hearth, the evening was a perfect success!
