Staubitz Market, a family run butcher shop in Cobble Hill Brooklyn, has served the public since 1917. It has been in the McFadden family since 1940.

Selling only prime cuts of beef, alongside fresh poultry, pork, and game meats, Staubitz offers the best quality selection of meats and the best service in the area.

As you come through the original screen door and look around, you'll feel the nostalgia. The meats are carefully arranged and displayed in the original showcase while the 80 year old cash register is still used. The proprietors continue to preserve the history and ambience of the store - down to the daily addition of sawdust to the floor.
